Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at Blackbird® Flight Wear. Your patronage and support, mean the world to us. Whether your exchanging the wrong size or if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Exchanges
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. To exchange apparel, the process is very simple. Contact service@blackbirdflightwear.com or call our number below. Ask to exchange your items, please provide your order number when possible. Our team will then guide you through our simple exchange process. Please note there is a small exchange fee of $10 for 1 exchanged item and $12 for 2 or more. This includes all shipping and restocking fees.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 48 hours, or depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. DHL and UPS for international order. The shipping fee will be determined at checkout. If FREE shipping applies, Blackbird® will cover shipping to you, the customer. If an order needs to be exchanged Blackbird® has two methods of shipping.
- Blackbird charges a small exchange fee of $10 for 1 exchanged item and $12 for 2 or more. This will cover all expenses to exchange the original order.
- You can return the product that you would like exchanged to Blackbird®, and for a $6 fee Blackbird® will exchange/ship that item for you.
