My dad, was actually quite taken (a Korean war Marine DI) when I gave him a BlackBird P-38 shirt. He was stationed on Kwajalein Atoll during the 1950s where I'm sure there were stories of this great feat of American Lockheed engineering in the Pacific theater. That was one of the times when he had nothing to say except a big smile & thanks. And I say thank you also.

Beautiful shirt. Mine is in the dark teal color. As with all of their shirts, it is of high quality material, not lightweight fabric.
I prefer to have a full design in the front instead of only on the back, but it still looks great.
I am happy with this purchase.

i don't wear tshirts with huge designs on the front , i was thrilled to find this shirt with a small detail on the front and the large picture on the back . I wish more shirts were made this way. the fact that the p-38 lightning is one of my favorite planes made this a must own shirt. i am very pleased with the shirt as a whole.. make an f4u corsair shirt the same way and i will add that to my collection

I have owned a number of Blackbird I'ntl products for many years, including a number of t-shirts and mugs; P-40, P-38 (yellow), B-25 and F-16 among others. I love the current P-38 (blue) shirt and would love to see even more, i.e. P-47, P-51, F6F, or F4U. Love the old designs of black t-shirt and colored forms. Tne modern designs are great but would love to see more vintage aircraft!
